After successfully completing and submitting to the U.S. EPA their Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP) earlier this year.  Fresno COG is now embarking on the development of the Comprehensive Climate Action Plan.  Through May 1st COG is inviting the public to take their survey.  Tranquillity RCD is participating on their Steering Committee to support those involved in agriculture and the farming communities on on the west side of Fresno County.
