Through a Conservation Cooperative Agreement (CCA), the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service and the Tranquillity Resource Conservation District have collaborated to host the second Local Working Group meeting for Fresno County. This meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd at 9:30 am-12:30pm at the Woodard Park Library in Fresno.
