Tranquillity RCD is pleased that the leadership of SEEN have offerred for their non-profit organization to participate in the TCC Program.  SEEN already has a strong presence in the unincorporated communities of Tranquillity and Raisin City providing tangible short-term solutions affecting the water quality of domestic systems and the monitoring of the air quality at the local level.  They are a positive resource to the TCC Program and will be assisting in providing recommendations and support for addressing long-term solutions during the planning process.
