After successfully completing and submitting to the U.S. EPA their Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP) earlier this year.  Fresno COG is now embarking on the development of the Comprehensive Climate Action Plan.  More information on the CCAP and how to participate is now available.  Tranquillity RCD is participating on their Steering Committee.
